Megamify is a platform that grows with you. If your game title is particularly API intensive, or you begin exceeding your API calls allotted in your plan, you will be billed per API call thereafter – for our Micro (free) plan, since billing information is not required, once exceeded your API calls will fail until your plan is upgraded.

As always, if you know in advance you will be exceeding your API allotment, it may make more sense for you to upgrade your account tier for plenty of room to grow.

First off, congrats on the success of your interactive experience! That’s great news, and we’re built to help you grow! When your account exceeds your allotted player count, you will receive a notification when you push past the 75% mark, and another alert at your 90% mark. Your account will then be automatically upgraded to the next applicable tier so that your players (and experience/game title) is not impacted. This includes a new ‘upgrade’ in API Calls, Titles, and Analytics.

We know analytics are often the bread and butter of proving return of investments (ROI) on games and interactives. If you need additional analytics retention, give us a shout by raising a support ticket – most of the time, we can make custom plans for your team, including specific analytics quantities.
